Successes Bookend A Great Year In Viera
A year-end message from Todd Pokrywa, president of The Viera Company:
I am incredibly proud of the accomplishments during 2023 by the vertically integrated and consolidated real estate team of A. Duda & Sons, Inc. Two notable highlights bookend a great 2023. Earlier this year, The Viera Company’s efforts as developer of the master-planned community (MPC) of Viera, Florida were recognized as it was ranked in the top 10 best-selling Master Planned Communities in the country for the first time. Recently, the Space Coast Home Builders & Contractors Association (HBCA) recognized Viera Builders Inc. as the 2023 Builder of the Year.
My deepest gratitude to all members of the real estate team as well as our partners and the many community stakeholders for your diligent and dedicated efforts that led to these key achievements this year.
The future is bright on the horizon for the One Viera team. I want to thank everybody at The Viera Company and Viera Builders, everybody on the One Viera Team for all of their efforts this year that led to these great recognitions.
There have been many new developments within the mixed-use commercial hubs of Borrows West, the Viera Town Center and the Pineda Interchange District and new neighborhoods have opened.
As we enter the holidays, we started on December 2nd with the 11th Annual Light Up Viera Parade. Nearly 20,000 people attended and the theme this year was Sounds of the Season. We had great marching bands, balloons and floats so I want to thank all the sponsors, all of the participants and all of the attendees, including the volunteers that pulled off that great event brought to you by the Viera Community Institute.
Many more holiday events will occur throughout the month of December. Please take some time to attend those. It’s a time to reflect as well. The holidays present us an opportunity to give of our time, talent and treasure to help those in our community that may be less fortunate than us.
2023 has just been a great year for Viera, Florida.
I’m excited about what next year brings, but as we wrap up this year, all that we’ve accomplished together, the investments you’ve made in the community, I want to thank you, wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Holidays. We’ll see you next year.
