New Homewood Suites Hotel in Viera Celebrates Milestones

May 1, 2024 – General Hotels Corporation in partnership with Weathervane Capital Partners, Chris Schulhof Investment Group, and Sangha Investments LLC, announced recently the “topping off” of its new hotel in Viera, FL, signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 131-room hotel is slated to open Summer 2024.

“This is a significant milestone for the construction of this property and a testament to the skill and diligence of all parties involved,” said Jim Dora, Jr. President, and CEO, General Hotels Corporation. “Upon completion, we look forward to welcoming guests from near and far.”

Hospitality Project Services, LLC serves as the Construction Project Manager for the project. Upon completion, the new hotel, managed by General Hotels Corporation, will feature brand amenities including free hot breakfast, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour business center and fitness center.
