November 17, 2022 – Serving the group of people who have reached the “double nickel” milestone, the community of Auterra is slated to join Bridgewater and DEL WEBB at Viera, for those living the 55+ lifestyle.
The developer, RISE, is targeting late 2023 to bring the community online, with eleven duplex cottages and two four-story apartment buildings offering 166 units for resort-style, luxury living.
Located near the intersection of Pineda Boulevard and Stadium Parkway, Auterra is a $49 million development boasting 248,000 square feet of living space. The community will feature amenities such as a pool, fitness center, community kitchen, clubhouse, green courtyard, dog spa, postage center, maker’s space, golf cart garages, and more.
“There are a lot of 55-plus unique amenities here also in the level of services,” said Courtney Gordon, the chief operating officer at RISE. “We will be offering different types of events, including health interests, social activities and exercise,” Gordon added. “It will be a lifestyle you get while living there. Some residents will be retired, and we want to be sure they can stay healthy and social. Lifestyle coordinators will be on staff (planning social events, offering exercise classes) and fulltime property management for residents will be on hand.”
