Del Webb 55+ Community Coming to Viera

September 28, 2021 – Viera is pleased to welcome PulteGroup back to the Space Coast after almost two decades, with the national builder’s plans for a new Del Webb active-adult neighborhood in Viera. The private, gated community plan calls for approximately 1,300 homes across 500 acres.

According to the builder, Del Webb at Viera will include Coastal and Caribbean influences in its design, including tropical landscaping and water views throughout. The 10-acre amenity complex will include a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a community garden, walking and biking trails, an event lawn, dog parks, a fitness center, and a barefoot bar with food and beverage service.

Del Webb will offer single-family and villa homes boasting open floor plans and modern features. Preselling at Del Webb at Viera is expected to begin in mid-2022.
