Survey Says HOTELS RANK HIGH

Especially significant are the hotel customer satisfaction rankings in the J.D. Power 2019 Customer Satisfaction Index Study within the upper Midscale Segment category, which serves many of our incoming guests for Space Coast Stadium tournaments and special events.

According to J.D. Power, a global leader in consumer insights and data analytics, ‘The 2019 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study analyzes guest responses to more than 150 questions regarding their overall experiences and includes 85 officially ranked brands in six market segments.”

This year’s study is based on responses from hotel guests between June 2018 and May 2019, and include approximately 44,890 responses.
