Viera, FL Ranked Among Top 20 Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities By RCLCO Real Estate Advisors

July 16, 2021 – For the past 27 years, RCLCO has conducted a national survey identifying the top-selling Master Planned Communities (MPCs) in the country. Earlier this month, they released their mid-year 2021 results, which ranked Viera, Florida 18th in the nation. The rankings are based on new-homes sales, with feedback from industry contacts and consultants, whose research supports this prestigious annual compilation. Notably, not all MPCs participate in the mid-year report so these rankings will differ from the annual rankings. However, the mid-year ranking is a valuable performance indicator for area home sales and for the Viera community for the remainder of 2021. According to the RCLCO mid-year report, “the sales pace set by this mid-year’s Top-50 MPCs indicates the potential to eclipse 2020 sales by over 11% at year’s end.”
