Chef Kyle Gets National Recognition
June 7, 2021 – If you have dined at 28 North in The Avenue at Viera, you know how the choices on the menu are always amazing and surprising. Now Executive Chef Kyle Hash has been selected as one of nine of the country’s most innovative chefs and foodservice professionals by the United Fresh Produce Excellence in Foodservice. Awards will be presented during the PMA Foodservice Conference & Expo July 21-22 in Monterey, California.
Chef Kyle was featured in Viera Spotlight during the holiday season last year and you can see him in action as he whips up some festive favorites and trades family stories with Wing Nut from iHeart Media. You may even pick up some new recipes for your next family gathering.
Winners for the PMA award were chosen by coordinating reviews of each nominee, while judging them on their menu’s integration of fresh produce, use of food safety protocols and proper storage and handling, along with other requirements.
